What is a Paigo Token?
Paigo Token is a custom unit defined by Paigo representing product usage on the platform. It does not have direct and explicit conversion to fiat currency. When some actions are performed on Paigo platform, some amount of Paigo token may be consumed. Every month, depends on the amount of Paigo token consumed by a business, the monthly price maybe $0 (free forever plan) or one of the usage bucket under business plan. See table below for Paigo token consumption.

What is a usage event?
A usage event represents a numerical value that describes product usage at a point in time. For example, in the duration of 1 second, the total number of emails sent by an Email SaaS is 100 emails. The 100 value is one usage event.
What is a managed product plan?
Pricing plan is a packaging of software that is sold to customers as a public pricing (such as SaaS pricing) or as a private pricing specified as sales deals. Pricing plan sometimes is also known as offering, package, tier, SKU, etc. In Paigo, pricing plans are called Offering. You can create offerings and enroll customers in the offerings so that they will be billed correctly.
What is a managed product item?
Product items are used to be packaged into product plans. Product item may be used as metered usage metric (such as compute time, or AI token), or static upfront subscription (such as seat), or feature flags.
What is an automation triggered?
An automation is a feature in Paigo that could trigger some actions based on predefined conditions. For example, when credit card charge fails, an automation could be triggered to alert the business.
What is a payment executed?
A payment is executed when an invoice is approved for charging, or when previous payments failed, so that Paigo has to retry to recover revenue.
Does Free Forever Plan refresh available tokens every month?
Yes! Every month customers in the plan get tokens refreshed. As long as the usage of Paigo stays within the limit, it’s free forever.
What if I need more token or usage event than what's listed here?
